| Dennis and Norma are the owners of the company, their son Butch is the manager, mechanic, and runs all of the trucks. Butch’s wife Donna manages the office and handles all of the dispatching during the day. Butch and Donna’s son Philip is a mechanic and drives the service truck, he is also attending the Nashville Diesel Tech in the fall. Austin is also a mechanic and drives the service truck and rollback. Robert is our main mechanic. |

Established in 1988 with only one truck and a lot of ambition, Professional Auto Towing and Service has grown considerably over the past few years. Currently the company has six employees, two rollbacks, one wrecker, one transport, and a battery service truck. Our towing service is available 24 hours a day seven days a week.
We are a AAA contractor as well as providing public service towing for the City of Salem and the Virginia State Police. All of our drivers are certified through the state of Virginia, and have had complete background checks and carry a CDL medical card. All trucks are USDOT certified and properly insured.
Our full service garage is a licensed state inspection station and we can handle any repair or service that your vehicle may require. We have been serving the automotive needs of the Roanoke Valley for 21 years and we plan to continue to do so for many years to come.
